The house is built on four floors. There is gas central heating, an open fire place in the sitting room with wood supplied and a new high pressure water system to ensure high quality showers and an abundance of hot water.
It sleeps 10-12 people, and is available for whole weeks or short weekend breaks.
The entrance to the house is on the ground floor. Each floor is described below:
Lower ground floor
- Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink
- Garden Room: double sofa bed, TV, DVD, table football game with glass French doors to the lower patio and garden note this room can be used as an additional sixth bedroom if required.
- Ensuite shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC
Ground Floor
- Entrance from upper patio to hallway
- Sitting room: Comfortable room with two sofas (three seater and two seater), two arm chairs, footstool and occasional seating; TV, DVD, open fire, French doors to rear garden
- Dining room: Spacious dining area with spectacular views over the estuary. A large table and chairs seating 10-12 in comfort. French doors to juliette balcony. Open plan to kitchen.
- Kitchen: Fully fitted solid oak kitchen with granite worktops and an original Aga, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher
First Floor
- Bedroom 1: Very spacious room with king size bed (6ft), doors to juliette balcony, with stunning far reaching views.
- Ensuite bathroom: large bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, WC.
- Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3ft), original ornate fireplace.
- Bedroom 3: Spacious room with twin beds (3ft). Additional truckle bed which pulls out to form a full height proper single bed. Original ornate fireplace.
- Family Bathroom: large bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 4: Spacious room with sloping ceilings and twin beds (3ft). Additional truckle bed as above.
- Bedroom 5: Queen size bed (56) and French doors to doors to juliette balcony with amazing views.
- Bathroom: bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, WC.
Outside
- Extensive patio terrace to side and rear
- Sloping, terraced garden with shrubs and lawned area
- Outdoor furniture and BBQ
- Parking for two cars
Membership of local health club (10 minutes walk from house) included – large indoor swimming pool with stunning views over the estuary, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.
